Shipping method:
- To pick up in store (free of charge). Once we have prepared it, the customer will receive an email indicating that it is ready for pick up.
- Home delivery through transportation agencies with whom we have commercial agreements, or at the customer’s request, coordination can be done via email or Whatsapp.
- SC Coffee Company offers deliveries to locations less than 250 miles from the warehouse for a maximum cost of $500 from 50 to 4000 pounds.
The customer when placing the order is aware that the contact information of the recipient is communicated to these companies in order to make the delivery and fulfill the contract.
Shipping charges:
- Delivery by SC Coffee Company’s own carrier orders over 50 and under 4000 pounds $2 per mile.
- Deliveries by Freight Forwarders subject to agency charges.
- Pick up in store, FREE of charge.
Delivery time:
- Delivery by SC Coffee Company’s own means, 1 week.
- Delivery by forwarding agencies subject to availability of the agency.
- Pick up in store, ready in 2 days.
An order placed on a Friday after 15:00h, cannot be communicated and delivered to the Agency until the following Monday, after which the delivery period begins.
In case of impossibility of delivery, a notice is left for the customer to contact the Agency and arrange a second delivery. Are there costs in this case…if so, should this be indicated? What delivery policy does the customer require?
If due to accumulation of orders, lack of stock, preparation times, or other supervening causes, the order could not be delivered in a timely manner, SC Coffee Company will contact the customer, by mail or phone, to notify the estimated delivery time and the customer decides whether to wait or cancel the order.
