Service warranty

In the event that the product received has a defect that is inconsistent with the sample or description prior to the use of the same, we undertake to review and replace or return the product as appropriate to make the refund of the amount paid to be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.

Any defect or damage caused by improper use, abnormal use or handling of the product are not included in this warranty. Reasonable wear and tear due to the passage of time is also not included in these guarantees.

Terms and conditions of sale

  1. It offers a convenient way to buy, with a single click, any day and at any time, even Sundays and holidays. All you have to do is fill the basket or shopping cart by choosing the items in our pages, complete the requested data and send it; you will receive your order comfortably wherever you indicate.
  2. Availability of products subject to stock.
  3. We do not accept purchases of less than 23kg.
  4. The product(s) is sent to the customer accompanied by the invoice detailing the list of all items purchased.
  5. Orders are carried up to a maximum of 250 miles for a maximum weight of 4000 pounds for a cost of $2 per mile.
  6. The sale, delivery and invoicing of the product(s) is done through sales@sccoffeecompany.com.
  7. We reserve the right to modify at any time the conditions of sale that will be valid from the moment of their publication on the website and will refer exclusively to sales made from that moment.

Means of payment

The customer may choose between payment by credit card (STRIPE secure payment system or gateway), or bank transfer (to the account indicated in the purchase process).

We do not accept cash on delivery, nor payment in store when picking up the goods if the Customer chooses this method of delivery.
